Aminah Hanif joined Cavalluzzo in 2014 after articling with the firm. She practices primarily in the area of construction labour law.
Aminah received her J.D. from the University of Windsor in 2013. During law school she participated in the Law Enforcement Accountability Project (LEAP) and wrote for the LEAP blog, looking into police violence. She was also an Executive Member of the Justice at Work Committee, organizing career fairs and conferences encouraging students to pursue social justice-focused careers in law. Prior to law school, Aminah earned her B.A. (Honours) from the University of Toronto in History and Political Science.
