Senior Legal Counsel Labourers’ International Union of North America, Local 183
Graham Williamson is Senior Legal Counsel for Labourers’ International Union of North America, Local 183, the largest construction local union in North America. In this role Graham provides general and strategic advice to the Union, and represents the Union and its members in collective bargaining, arbitration hearings, and proceedings before the Ontario Labour Relations Board and in the Courts.
Prior to joining Local 183 Graham was a partner in a Toronto law firm where he was the head of the labour department. Graham has extensive experience representing public and private sector unions in complex labour litigation. Graham is a Certified Specialist in Labour Law. He received his B.A. (Honours) in Philosophy and English from Huron College, at the University of Western Ontario and his LL.B. from the University of Toronto.
