Joseph Cohen-Lyons is a Partner with the employment and labour law group at Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP. He practises in all areas of employment and labour law, and regularly advises employers on terminations, employment contracts, employment standards legislation, union matters, human rights and accommodation, occupational health and safety and worker’s compensation. Joseph has represented clients at various levels of court and administrative tribunals, including the Supreme Court of Canada, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Labour Re-lations Board, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal and various labour arbitration panels.

Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP, Joseph practised at a leading Canadian employment and labour law boutique. Joseph has also worked as in-house employment counsel for a large international manufacturer.
