Patrick McManus is the Executive Director of the GTSWCA and OSWCA. His role is focussed on advocacy, labour relations, and relationship building with municipal and provincial decision-makers on key policy issues affecting the heavy civil construction industry.

He is a Board Member with the RCCAO; the past-Chair of the Ontario Skilled Trades Alliance and the Construction Industry Advisory Council at the WSIB; and a member of the Construction and Design Alliance of Ontario.
